Ariane Etemadi

I help nonprofits and mission-driven organizations strengthen their internal operations so they can better deliver on their mission. With nearly a decade of nonprofit operational leadership, I specialize in building efficiency, sustainability, and resilience that drive long-term organizational health.

Rooted in growth as a core value, I believe that most existing systems and processes can be improved, and when conditions change, they should be reassessed and adapted. My work blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that ideas can be implemented quickly and efficiently.

I’m driven by a commitment to equity and social justice, and I put people over systems in all my work, ensuring that the solutions I design not only work better, but work for the people using them. When individuals and teams feel valued and supported, they do their best work – and that drives innovation, loyalty, and long-term success.

If you’ve got a big idea (or a challenge to tackle), I’ll help you translate it into action and make sure the foundation is strong enough to support it for the long haul.

Let’s build something together – email me to get started.

Vicki Yuan, Chair, PechaKucha San Antonio

"For 16 events from 2016 to 2020, Ariane led the venues and logistics management and coordination for our PechaKucha San Antonio events. As each event was hosted in different venues throughout the city, Ariane established a rigorous process that made our events successful and contributed to our growth and impact. Beyond her qualities of being highly organized, dependable and communicative, I’ve always appreciated that she is also a passionate advocate for actionable change in the community, with a focus on strengthening connections between organizations and people."
